तस्य विक्रमसम्पन्नास्सत्त्ववन्तो महाबलाः ।
मनस्सङ्कल्पसंपाता निदेशे हरयः स्थिताः ।

tasya vikramasampannāssattvavanto mahābalāḥ |
manassaṅkalpasampātā nideśe harayaḥ sthitāḥ ॥5-39-35॥
Translation
Under his command are monkeys endowed with valor, virtue, and great strength. Their movement is as swift as the mind's thought, and they stand ready to obey orders.
हिंदी अनुवाद
उनके (सुग्रीव के) अधीन ऐसे वानर हैं जो पराक्रमी, बलवान और महाबली हैं। उनकी गति मन के संकल्प के समान (तीव्र) है और वे सभी सुग्रीव की आज्ञा में रहते हैं।
English Commentary
This verse directly addresses the logistical doubt of crossing the ocean. Hanuman describes the soldiers as "manas-sankalpa-sampata"—possessing speed equal to the resolution of the mind. This supernatural description implies that physical barriers like oceans are trivial for them. Furthermore, they are "nideshe sthitah" (standing in command/disciplined), ensuring that this immense power is focused and controlled by Sugriva for the rescue mission.
हिंदी टीका
सीता की मुख्य चिंता 'गति' (समुद्र पार करना) थी। इसका उत्तर हनुमान 'मनस्सङ्कल्पसंपाता' शब्द से देते हैं—अर्थात् वानरों की गति मन की सोच (संकल्प) के समान तीव्र है। जहाँ मन पहुँच सकता है, वहाँ ये वानर पहुँच सकते हैं। साथ ही, 'निदेशे स्थिताः' (आज्ञा में स्थित) कहकर वे यह बताते हैं कि यह सेना अनुशासित है, कोई अनियंत्रित भीड़ नहीं।
