असकृत् तैर्महोत्साहैः ससागरधराधरा ।
प्रदक्षिणीकृता भूमिर्वायुमार्गानुसारिभिः ।

asakṛt tairmahotsāhaiḥ sasāgaradharādharā |
pradakṣiṇīkṛtā bhūmirvāyumārgānusāribhih ॥5-39-37॥
Translation
Those enthusiastic monkeys, who follow the path of the wind, have circumnavigated the earth, including its oceans and mountains, many times.

वायुमार्ग का अनुसरण करने वाले उन महाउत्साही वानरों ने सागर और पहाड़ों सहित पूरी पृथ्वी की कई बार परिक्रमा की है।
English Commentary
The ultimate validation of competence. Hanuman argues from past performance: these troops haven't just crossed a channel; they have circumnavigated the globe ("pradakshinikrita bhumir") multiple times ("asakrit"). Since they traverse the "vayumarga" (path of the wind/sky), the ocean below poses no barrier. By citing this feat, Hanuman logically dismantles Sita's doubt—if they can circle the world, they can certainly cross to Lanka.

यह प्रमाण है। हनुमान कहते हैं कि यह केवल कोरी बातें नहीं हैं; इन वानरों ने 'असकृत्' (बार-बार/अनेक बार) पूरी पृथ्वी की परिक्रमा ('प्रदक्षिणीकृता') की है। जो वानर पूरी पृथ्वी का चक्कर लगा सकते हैं, उनके लिए 100 योजन का समुद्र लांघना एक छोटा कार्य है। 'वायुमार्गानुसारिभिः' (वायु मार्ग से चलने वाले) विशेषण पुष्टि करता है कि वे आकाश में उड़ने में सक्षम हैं, ठीक हनुमान की तरह।
