सिताभ्रसदृशैश्चित्रैः पद्मस्वस्तिकसंस्थितैः ।
वर्धमानगृहैश्चापि सर्वतः सुविभूषितैः ॥ ॥५-४-७॥
Sitābhrasadṛśaiścitraiḥ padmasvastikasaṃsthitaiḥ । Vardhamānagṛhaiścāpi sarvataḥ suvibhūṣitaiḥ ॥ ॥5-4-7॥
Translation
(The city was adorned) with houses resembling white clouds, built in variegated designs like 'Padma' (lotus-shaped) and 'Swastika', and also with 'Vardhamana' style mansions, beautifully decorated on all sides.

वह नगरी श्वेत बादलों के समान, विचित्र रचना वाले, 'पदम' और 'स्वस्तिक' आदि आकारों में बने हुए तथा 'वर्धमान' (विशेष प्रकार के) और सब ओर से भली-भांति सजाए हुए घरों से सुशोभित थी।
