अर्धचन्द्रेण वदने शिरस्येकेन कर्णिना ।
बाह्वोर्विव्याध नाराचैर्दशभिस्तं कपीश्वरम् ।

Ardhacandreṇa vadane śirasyekena karṇinā . Bāhvorvivyādha nārācairdaśabhistaṃ kapīśvaram .. ॥5-44-7॥
Translation
He pierced that Lord of Monkeys on the face with a crescent-shaped arrow (Ardhachandra), on the head with a barbed arrow (Karni), and in the arms with ten steel arrows (Narachas).
