ततः कपिः तं प्रसमीभ्य गर्वितं जितश्रमं शत्रुपराजयोर्जितम् ।
अवैक्षताक्षः समुदीर्णमानसः स बाणपाणिः प्रगृहीतकार्मुकः ।

Tataḥ kapiḥ taṃ prasamībhya garvitaṃ jitaśramaṃ śatruparājayorjitam. Avaikṣatākṣaḥ samudīrṇamānasaḥ sa bāṇapāṇiḥ pragṛhītakārmukaḥ. ॥5-47-11॥
Translation
Then Aksha, with an excited mind, holding an arrow in his hand and gripping his bow, looked at that Monkey who was proud, who had conquered fatigue, and who was energized by the defeat of his enemies.
हिंदी अनुवाद
तब उस (अक्षकुमार) ने, जो बाण हाथ में लिए हुए था और धनुष पकड़े हुए था, जिसका मन उत्साह से भरा था, उस गर्वित, थकान को जीत लेने वाले और शत्रुओं को हराने से शक्ति संपन्न वानर को (ध्यान से) देखा।
English Commentary
Aksha (Akṣaḥ) observes Hanuman closely. The descriptors for Hanuman are powerful: Garvitaṃ (proud/dignified), Jitaśramaṃ (one who has conquered fatigue), and Śatruparājayorjitam (invigorated by the defeat of enemies). This confirms that the previous battles have not weakened Hanuman; rather, they have fueled him. Aksha, described as Bāṇapāṇiḥ (arrow in hand), is poised and Samudīrṇamānasaḥ (high-spirited). The psychological tension is palpable as the fresh warrior faces the battle-hardened, tireless veteran.

(नोट: श्लोक के पाठ में 'अवैक्षताक्षः' से स्पष्ट है कि देखने वाला अक्ष है)। अक्षकुमार हनुमान को बहुत ध्यान से देख रहा है। वह देखता है कि हनुमान 'जितश्रमं' हैं—अर्थात् इतनी भारी लड़ाई और विध्वंस के बाद भी उन्हें थकान नहीं है। वे 'शत्रुपराजयोर्जितम्' हैं—शत्रुओं को हराने से उनका उत्साह और बढ़ गया है। अक्ष स्वयं भी 'समुदीर्णमानसः' (उत्साहित मन वाला) है। दोनों ओर वीरों का उत्साह चरम पर है। यह श्लोक एक क्षणिक विराम जैसा है जहाँ योद्धा अपने प्रतिद्वंद्वी की अदम्य स्थिति को पूर्णतः स्वीकार करता है।
