समागतास्तत्र तु नागयक्षा महर्षयश्चक्रचराश्च सिद्धाः ।
नभः समावृत्य च पक्षिसङ्घा विनेदुरुच्चैः परमप्रहृष्टाः ।

५.४८.२४।। ॥५-४८-२४॥
samāgatāstatra tu nāgayakṣā maharṣayaścakracarāśca siddhāḥ |
nabhaḥ samāvṛtya ca pakṣisaṅghā vineduruccaiḥ paramaprahṛṣṭāḥ ॥5-48-24॥
Translation
Nagas, Yakshas, Great Sages, Chakracharas (celestial wanderers), and Siddhas gathered there. Flocks of birds, covering the sky, cried out loudly, being exceedingly delighted.
हिंदी अनुवाद
वहां नाग, यक्ष, महर्षि, चक्रचर (विद्याधर/देवता) और सिद्ध गण एकत्र हो गए। आकाश को घेरकर पक्षियों के समूह भी अत्यंत प्रसन्न होकर जोर-जोर से कलरव करने लगे।
English Commentary
The cosmic audience assembles to witness the showdown. Beings from various planes of existence—Nagas, Yakshas, Rishis, Siddhas—gather in the sky. Their presence elevates the conflict from a local skirmish in Lanka to an event of universal significance. Unlike the ominous beasts on earth (in the previous verse), these celestial observers and birds in the sky are 'paramaprahrushta' (highly delighted). They anticipate a glorious display of martial arts and perhaps foresee the eventual triumph of Dharma. It creates a colosseum-like atmosphere where the universe watches the two champions.

देवताओं और सिद्धों का यह जमावड़ा बताता है कि यह युद्ध सामान्य नहीं है। यह 'धर्म' और 'अधर्म' के प्रतिनिधियों के बीच का युद्ध है। अदृश्य जगत (Celestial beings) इस ऐतिहासिक क्षण का साक्षी बनने आया है। वे 'परमप्रहृष्टाः' (अत्यंत प्रसन्न) हैं क्योंकि वे जानते हैं कि इंद्रजीत और हनुमान का टकराव अद्भुत होगा, और शायद उन्हें उम्मीद है कि हनुमान (रामदूत) रावण के अहंकार को चोट पहुंचाएंगे। 'चक्रचराः' का अर्थ विद्याधर या नक्षत्र-देवता हो सकता है जो आकाश में विचरण करते हैं। यह 'स्पेक्टेटर' (दर्शकों) की भीड़ है जो इस द्वंद्व युद्ध को देखने के लिए आतुर है।
