Srimad Valmiki Ramayana
अथवा तदिदं व्यक्तं यद् दृष्टं प्लवता मया ।
रामप्रभावादाश्चर्यं पर्वतः सरितां पतौ ।
।
॥५-५३-३६॥
Athavā tadidaṃ vyaktaṃ yad dṛṣṭaṃ plavatā mayā । Rāmaprabhāvādāścaryaṃ parvataḥ saritāṃ patau । । ॥5-53-36॥
Translation
Or perhaps, this is clearly that same [miraculous power] which was seen by me while leaping; the wonder of the mountain [Mainaka] rising within the lord of rivers [Ocean] was indeed due to Rama's power.
हिंदी अनुवाद
अथवा, यह वही स्पष्ट (चमत्कार) है जो सागर लांघते समय मैंने देखा था; यह राम के प्रभाव के कारण ही था कि नदियों के पति (समुद्र) में पर्वत (मैनाक) आश्चर्यजनक रूप से उठ खड़ा हुआ था।
English Commentary
Hanuman attributes the miracle not to his own prowess but to 'Rāmaprabhāva' (the power of Rama). He draws a parallel to his journey across the ocean, where inanimate nature—the Ocean (lord of rivers) and Mainaka Mountain—acted consciously to assist him. He reasons that if the elements of water and earth could deviate from their passive nature to serve Rama's cause, it is logical that the element of fire would do the same. This reflects Hanuman's deep humility and his view that all favorable cosmic alignments are manifestations of Rama's glory.

हनुमान जी इस चमत्कार का कारण अपनी शक्ति को न मानकर 'राम-प्रभाव' (राम जी की शक्ति) को मानते हैं। वे स्मरण करते हैं कि जब वे समुद्र लांघ रहे थे, तब जड़ पदार्थ (मैनाक पर्वत और समुद्र) ने भी राम-कार्य में सहायता की थी। यदि जल तत्व (समुद्र) और पृथ्वी तत्व (पर्वत) राम जी के लिए अनुकूल हो सकते हैं, तो अग्नि तत्व क्यों नहीं? यहाँ हनुमान जी की विनम्रता और भगवान राम के प्रति उनकी अनन्य निष्ठा प्रकट होती है। वे हर अनुकूल घटना का श्रेय अपने स्वामी को देते हैं।
