काममस्य त्वमेवैकः कार्यस्य परिसाधने ।
पर्याप्तः परवीरघ्न यशस्यस्ते बलोदयः ।

kāmamāsya tvamevaikaḥ kāryasya parisādhane |
paryāptaḥ paravīraghna yaśasyaste balodayaḥ ॥5-56-3॥
Translation
"O slayer of hostile heroes! Granted, you alone are indeed sufficient to accomplish this task (of rescuing me); your rising strength is glorious."
हिंदी अनुवाद
"हे शत्रुवीरों का नाश करने वाले! यद्यपि इस कार्य (मेरे उद्धार) को सिद्ध करने के लिए तुम अकेले ही पर्याप्त हो; तुम्हारा बल और उत्साह यश प्रदान करने वाला है।"
English Commentary
Sita acknowledges Hanuman’s capability with the word kāmam (granted/admittedly). She concedes that he alone is sufficient (paryāptaḥ) to rescue her right now. By addressing him as paravīraghna (slayer of enemy heroes), she validates his martial prowess demonstrated in Lanka. This sets the stage for her ethical argument: she remains not because Hanuman can't save her, but because a stealthy rescue would not befit the definition of true victory for Rama.

सीता जी यहाँ हनुमान जी के सामर्थ्य को स्वीकार करती हैं ('कामम' - यद्यपि/Granted)। वे जानती हैं कि हनुमान उन्हें अपनी पीठ पर बिठाकर अभी ले जा सकते हैं। वे उन्हें 'परवीरघ्न' (शत्रुओं का नाश करने वाला) कहती हैं, जो लंका दहन के बाद सिद्ध हो चुका है। यह श्लोक स्पष्ट करता है कि सीता की रुकने की वजह 'असमर्थता' नहीं, बल्कि 'सिद्धांत' है। वे हनुमान की शक्ति को कम नहीं आंक रहीं, बल्कि उसे धर्म की कसौटी पर कस रही हैं।
