निषसाद च हस्तेन गृहीत्वा वालिनः सुतम् ।
रमणीये वनोद्देशे महेन्द्रस्य गिरेस्तदा ।

Niṣasāda ca hastena gṛhītvā Vālinaḥ sutam । Ramaṇīye vanoddeśe Mahendrasya girestadā । । ॥5-57-36॥
Translation
Then, taking the hand of Angada, the son of Vali, Hanuman sat down in a beautiful region of the forests on Mount Mahendra.
हिंदी अनुवाद
तब हनुमान जी ने वाली पुत्र अंगद का हाथ पकड़कर, उस समय महेंद्र पर्वत के एक अत्यंत रमणीय वन-प्रदेश में आसन ग्रहण किया।
English Commentary
This verse illustrates the camaraderie and protocol within the Vanara army. Although Hanuman has achieved the impossible feat, he maintains proper etiquette by honoring Angada, the Crown Prince. Taking Angada by the hand is a gesture of intimate assurance and shared leadership. The setting—a "beautiful region" (ramaṇīye) of the mountain—mirrors the shift in mood from anxiety to relief. It suggests that the environment itself seems pleasant now that the mission is successful, setting the stage for the detailed narration of events.
