हनुमानब्रवीद्धृष्टस्तदा तान् वानरर्षभान् ।
।
॥५-५७-३७॥
Hanumānabravīddhṛṣṭastadā tān vānararṣabhān । । ॥5-57-37॥
Translation
Then, fully delighted, Hanuman spoke to those excellent Vanaras.
हिंदी अनुवाद
तब प्रसन्नचित्त हनुमान जी ने उन श्रेष्ठ वानरों से (संक्षेप में समाचार सुनाते हुए) कहा।
English Commentary
Hanuman's state of mind is described here as hṛṣṭa (delighted or thrilled). While he was deeply sorrowful seeing Sita’s suffering in Lanka, the joy of a mission accomplished and the relief of reuniting with his comrades takes precedence in this moment. He addresses the 'excellent Vanaras' (vānararṣabhān), acknowledging their status and their anxious wait. This brief line serves as the narrative bridge, moving from physical action to verbal recounting, marking the beginning of his formal report to the team.
