उक्तवाक्यं हनूमन्तमङ्गदस्तमथाब्रवीत् ।
सर्वेषां हरिवीराणां मध्ये वचनमुत्तमम् ।
।
॥५-५७-४४॥
Uktavākyaṃ Hanūmantamaṅgadastamathābravīt । Sarveṣāṃ harivīrāṇāṃ madhye vacanamuttamam । । ॥5-57-44॥
Translation
After Hanuman had spoken his words, Angada addressed him in the midst of all the monkey heroes with excellent words.
हिंदी अनुवाद
हनुमान जी के अपनी बात कह लेने के पश्चात, अंगद ने सभी वानर वीरों के मध्य हनुमान जी से ये उत्तम वचन कहे।
English Commentary
After the chaotic celebration of the masses, order is restored as the leader speaks. Angada, the Crown Prince, steps in to formally acknowledge the achievement. The timing is crucial—he speaks only after Hanuman has finished (uktavākyaṃ), showing respect. Speaking "in the midst of all monkey heroes" legitimizes Hanuman's feat publicly. Angada’s words are described as uttamam (excellent/best), implying that his speech was dignified, appropriate for the occasion, and captured the collective sentiment of the army.
