दर्शनं चापि लङ्कायाः सीताया रावणस्य च ।
तस्थुः प्राञ्जलयः सर्वे हनुमद्वदनोन्मुखाः ।

Darśanaṃ cāpi laṅkāyāḥ sītāyā rāvaṇasya ca । Tasthuḥ prāñjalayaḥ sarve hanumadvadanonmukhāḥ । । ॥5-57-49॥
Translation
Waiting to hear about the sighting of Lanka, Sita, and Ravana, they all stood with joined palms (in reverence), their faces turned expectantly toward Hanuman.

लंका, सीता और रावण के दर्शन का समाचार सुनने के लिए वे सभी वानर हाथ जोड़कर, हनुमान जी के मुख की ओर टकटकी लगाए बैठे रहें।
English Commentary
The discipline and reverence of the Vanara army are highlighted here. They sit with folded hands (Anjali mudra), a sign of deep respect for Hanuman's achievement. Their attention is singular; their eyes are fixed on Hanuman's face, hungry for intelligence on three critical strategic points: the geography of the enemy (Lanka), the condition of the objective (Sita), and the nature of the adversary (Ravana).

यहाँ वानरों की श्रद्धा और अनुशासन दर्शनीय है। वे केवल कुतूहलवश नहीं बैठे हैं, बल्कि 'प्राञ्जलयः' (हाथ जोड़कर) बैठे हैं, जो हनुमान जी के प्रति उनके सम्मान को दर्शाता है। वे तीन मुख्य विषयों पर जानकारी चाहते थे: लंका (शत्रु का गढ़ कैसा है?), सीता (माता की स्थिति क्या है?), और रावण (शत्रु कितना शक्तिशाली है?)। सबकी दृष्टि हनुमान जी के मुख ('वदनोन्मुखाः') पर टिकी थी, मानो वे उनके शब्दों से पहले उनके भावों को पढ़ना चाहते हों।
