उत्तरं पुनरेवेदं निश्चित्य मनसा तया ।
हनुमन् मम वृत्तान्तं वक्तुमर्हसि राघवे ।
।

Uttaraṃ punarevedaṃ niścitya manasā tayā । Hanuman mama vṛttāntaṃ vaktumarhasi rāghave । । ॥5-58-104॥
Translation
Determining this answer again in her mind, she said: "O Hanuman! You must tell Raghava about my condition/story."
हिंदी अनुवाद
उस (सीता) ने अपने मन में पुनः निश्चय करके यह उत्तर (संदेश) दिया— "हे हनुमान! तुम्हें राघव (राम) से मेरा (दुखद) वृत्तान्त कहना चाहिए।"
English Commentary
As Hanuman is about to leave, Sita gives a final, emphatic instruction. She resolves in her mind (Nishcitya) that Rama must know the raw truth of her suffering. She urges Hanuman to narrate her Vrittantam (story/condition) fully. This is a plea for urgency—she wants Rama to understand not just that she is alive, but the depth of her agony, so that he is motivated to rescue her without delay.

जाते-जाते सीता जी हनुमान को रोककर एक अंतिम, जोरदार आग्रह करती हैं। 'निश्चित्य मनसा' (मन में निश्चय करके) बताता है कि उन्होंने बहुत सोच-समझकर यह कहा। वे चाहती हैं कि हनुमान राम से उनके कष्टों का सच्चा वर्णन ('वृत्तान्त') करें, कोई बात छिपाएं नहीं। ताकि राम को स्थिति की गंभीरता का पता चले और वे शीघ्र आएं। यह सीता की करुण पुकार है।
