Tato me buddhirutpannā śrutvā tāmadbhutāṃ giram . Adagdhā jānakītyevaṃ nimittaiścopalakṣitā .. 5.58.160 .. ॥5-58-160॥
Translation
Then, hearing that wonderful voice and observing the omens, the understanding arose in me that Janaki is unburnt.

उस अद्भुत वाणी को सुनकर और शकुनों (निमित्तों) को देखकर मेरी बुद्धि में यह निश्चय उत्पन्न हुआ कि जानकी नहीं जली हैं।
English Commentary
Hanuman combines external evidence (the voice of the Charanas) with internal intuition and omens ("Nimitta") to regain his composure. The phrase "Buddhir utpanna" suggests a return of clarity. He realizes that the fire, which obeyed his command to burn the city, would naturally spare the divine mother Sita. This reflects the balance of faith and observation in Hanuman's character.

दैवीय वाणी सुनने के बाद हनुमान जी ने अपनी बुद्धि और तर्क का प्रयोग किया। उन्होंने देखा कि शुभ शकुन (निमित्त) भी हो रहे हैं। 'बुद्धिरुत्पन्ना'—उनका विवेक लौट आया। उन्होंने सोचा कि अग्नि देव सीता को कैसे जला सकते हैं जो स्वयं पवित्रता और तपस्या की मूर्ति हैं? बाहरी संकेत (चारणों की बात) और आंतरिक संकेत (शकुन) मिलकर सत्य की पुष्टि कर रहे थे।
