Translation
Then, contracting my massive form in the blink of an eye, I [entered her], tore out her heart, and soared back up into the sky.

तब मैंने पलक झपकते ही अपने विशाल रूप को सिकोड़ (छोटा कर) लिया और [उसके मुख में घुसकर] उसका हृदय निकालकर पुनः आकाश में उड़ चला।
English Commentary
The climax of the encounter is swift and lethal. After luring her to open her jaws wide, Hanuman instantly reverses his strategy. He contracts his massive form (vipulaṃ rūpaṃ saṃkṣipya) in a split second (nimiṣāntarāt). This rapid change from macro to micro renders him elusive. He enters her body, seizes her heart (hṛdayam ādāya), and exits, launching himself back into the sky. The text implies a visceral and decisive kill; by ripping out the vital organ, he neutralizes the threat instantly. This verse showcases the mastery of Laghima (becoming light/small) and immense physical strength, proving that victory often relies on speed and precision rather than prolonged combat.

यह संघर्ष का चरम क्षण (climax) है। जिस गति से हनुमान जी बड़े हुए थे, उससे भी तीव्र गति ('निमिषान्तरात्' - पलक झपकते ही) से वे सूक्ष्म हो गए। सुरसा के प्रसंग की तरह यहाँ भी उन्होंने छोटा रूप धरा, लेकिन यहाँ उद्देश्य वध था। वे उसके विशाल खुले मुख में प्रवेश कर गए और मर्मस्थान (हृदय) पर प्रहार किया। 'हृदयम् आदाय' - उसका हृदय निकालकर वे बाहर आ गए और पुनः आकाश में उड़ गए। यह अद्भुत पराक्रम है। शत्रु के भीतर घुसकर उसका विनाश करना और सुरक्षित निकल आना हनुमान जी की अतुलनीय युद्ध शैली है। विशालता और सूक्ष्मता का ऐसा संतुलन केवल वही कर सकते हैं।
