तस्य मां विद्धि भृत्यं त्वं हनुमन्तमिहागतम् ।
भर्त्रा ऽहं प्रेषितस्तुभ्यं रामेणाक्लिष्टकर्मणा ।

Tasya māṃ viddhi bhṛtyaṃ tvaṃ hanumantamihāgatam । Bhartrā 'haṃ preṣitastubhyaṃ rāmeṇākliṣṭakarmaṇā । । ॥5-58-96॥
Translation
"Know me to be his (Sugriva's) servant, Hanuman, who has arrived here. I have been sent to you by your husband, Rama, the one of unwearied action."

"आप मुझे उन्हीं (सुग्रीव) का सेवक 'हनुमान' जानें, जो यहाँ आया है। मुझे आपके पति, अक्लिष्टकर्मा (बिना थके कठिन कार्य करने वाले) राम ने आपके पास भेजा है।"
English Commentary
Hanuman identifies himself as a humble servant (Bhrityam) of Sugriva. The key phrase here is his description of Rama as Aklishtha-karmana—one who performs difficult deeds without fatigue or distress. This adjective is carefully chosen to comfort Sita, implying that the arduous task of finding her has not worn Rama down, and he remains relentless in his pursuit. It confirms that he is here on an official mission authorized by her husband.

हनुमान जी अब अपना नाम बताते हैं और स्वयं को 'भृत्य' (सेवक) कहते हैं। सबसे महत्वपूर्ण विशेषण उन्होंने राम के लिए प्रयोग किया है—'अक्लिष्टकर्मणा'। इसका अर्थ है जो महान कार्य करते हैं लेकिन कभी थकते या घबराते नहीं हैं। यह सीता को संकेत है कि राम उन्हें खोजने के प्रयास में कभी हताश नहीं हुए और न ही थकेंगे। 'भर्त्रा प्रेषितः' (पति द्वारा भेजा गया) कहकर वे दूत के रूप में अपनी आधिकारिक स्थिति स्पष्ट करते हैं।
