सर्वराक्षससङ्घानां राक्षसा ये च पूर्वकाः ।
अलमेको विनाशाय वीरो वालिसुतः कपिः ।

sarvarākṣasasaṅghānāṃ rākṣasā ye ca pūrvakāḥ |
alameko vināśāya vīro vālisutaḥ kapiḥ ॥5-59-14॥
Translation
The heroic monkey, the son of Vali (Angada), is alone sufficient to destroy all hosts of demons and even those demons who were their progenitors.
हिंदी अनुवाद
राक्षसों के समस्त समूहों का, और जो उनके पूर्वज (या मूल) राक्षस हैं, उन सबका विनाश करने के लिए अकेले वीर वालिपुत्र (अंगद) ही पर्याप्त हैं।
English Commentary
Hanuman validates the leadership of Angada, the Crown Prince. By invoking his lineage as Valisuta (son of Vali), he reminds everyone that Angada carries the genes of the only Vanara who humiliated Ravana in the past. The phrase "demons who were their progenitors" implies that Angada can wipe out the root and stock of the demon race, not just the current soldiers. It is a resounding endorsement of Angada’s martial prowess, affirming that he is worthy of leading this mission.

यहाँ युवराज अंगद के शौर्य का वर्णन है। अंगद में अपने पिता वालि का बल है (वालि ने रावण को अपनी कांख में दबा लिया था)। 'राक्षसा ये च पूर्वकाः' का अर्थ उन प्राचीन और अति-शक्तिशाली राक्षसों से है जो अब तक अजेय माने जाते थे। हनुमान जी कहते हैं कि अंगद अकेले ही इस पूरी नस्ल को मिटा सकते हैं। यह युवराज के प्रति वफादारी और उनकी क्षमता में विश्वास प्रकट करने का तरीका है, ताकि अंगद नेतृत्व करने में संकोच न करें।
