अश्विपुत्रौ महाभागावेतौ प्लवगसत्तमौ ।
एतयोः प्रतियोद्धारं न पश्यामि रणाजिरे ।

aśviputrau mahābhāgāvetau plavagasattamau |
etayoḥ pratiyoddhāraṃ na paśyāmi raṇājire ॥5-59-17॥
Translation
These two most excellent Vanaras are the illustrious sons of the Ashvini Kumaras. I do not see anyone on the battlefield who can oppose them.
हिंदी अनुवाद
ये दोनों महाभाग वानरश्रेष्ठ अश्विनीकुमारों के पुत्र हैं। मैं युद्ध के मैदान में इनका सामना करने वाला (कोई योद्धा) नहीं देखता।
English Commentary
Hanuman elaborates on their lineage to explain their prowess. Being sons of the Ashvins (the twin physicians of the gods), they possess divine vitality. Hanuman, who has assessed the enemy's strength firsthand, certifies that he sees no match for them in the ranajire (battlefield). This is a strategic assessment: against specific enemy combatants, Mainda and Dvivida act as 'tanks' or unstoppable units due to their divine heritage, reinforcing the idea that the Vanaras possess superior genetics compared to the artificially strengthened demons.

यहाँ उनके वंश का परिचय दिया गया है। अश्विनीकुमार देवताओं के वैद्य और अपनी सुंदरता व गति के लिए प्रसिद्ध हैं। मैन्द और द्विविद में अपने पिताओं के गुण हैं। हनुमान जी अपनी व्यक्तिगत राय ('न पश्यामि' - मैं नहीं देखता) जोड़कर इस दावे को और पुष्ट करते हैं। चूँकि हनुमान जी ने लंका के सभी योद्धाओं को देखा है, उनका यह कथन कि 'इनका कोई भी विरोधी नहीं है', एक प्रमाण पत्र (Certificate) के समान है।
