अहं तु रावणं युद्धे ससैन्यं सपुरस्सरम् ।
सहपुत्रं वधिष्यामि सहोदरयुतं युधि ।

ahaṃ tu rāvaṇaṃ yuddhe sasainyaṃ sapurassaram |
sahaputraṃ vadhiṣyāmi sahodarayutaṃ yudhi ॥5-59-9॥
Translation
I shall indeed kill Ravana in battle, along with his army, his vanguard, his sons, and his brothers.
हिंदी अनुवाद
मैं तो युद्ध में सेना, अग्रिम रक्षकों, पुत्रों और भाइयों सहित रावण का वध कर डालूँगा।
English Commentary
Hanuman concludes his pitch with a fierce declaration of intent. He pledges to exterminate the entire Ravana clan—sons, brothers, and armies included. This illustrates his warrior spirit (Kshatra-tejas). While fate has ordained Ravana's death at Rama's hands, Hanuman's willingness to take on the burden himself shows his extreme devotion. He essentially tells the group, 'We don't need to wait. We have the power to end this evil right now.' This sets up a dramatic tension between the impulsive desire to act and the propriety of reporting back to Rama.
हिंदी टीका
इस श्लोक में हनुमान जी का 'अमर्ष' (शत्रु के प्रति क्रोध) और 'उत्साह' चरम पर है। वे प्रतिज्ञा करते हैं कि वे रावण के पूरे कुल का नाश कर देंगे। यद्यपि रामायण की कथा के अनुसार रावण का वध राम के हाथों होना है, परन्तु हनुमान जी की यह भावना उनकी स्वामिभक्ति दर्शाती है। वे राम के लिए कोई कष्ट नहीं छोड़ना चाहते। यह श्लोक अंगद आदि को यह विश्वास दिलाने के लिए है कि लंका विजय के लिए राम को बुलाने की भी आवश्यकता नहीं है, हम ही यह कार्य संपन्न कर सकते हैं।
