श्रुत्वा दधिमुखस्येदं वचनं वानरर्षभाः ।
पुनर्वीरा मधुवनं तेनैव सहसा ययुः ।
।
॥५-६२-२०॥
Śrutvā dadhimukhasyedaṃ vacanaṃ vānararṣabhāḥ । Punarvīrā madhuvanaṃ tenaiva sahasā yayuḥ । । ॥5-62-20॥
Translation
Hearing these words of Dadhimukha, those heroic and excellent monkeys (guards) immediately went back to the Madhuvana along with him.
हिंदी अनुवाद
दधिमुख के ये वचन सुनकर, वे श्रेष्ठ और वीर वानर (रक्षक) पुनः उसी के साथ वेगपूर्वक मधुवन की ओर चल पड़े।
English Commentary
The morale of the beaten guards is instantly restored by their leader's command. Referred to here as vānararṣabhāḥ (bulls among monkeys/excellent monkeys), they display loyalty by returning to the scene of their defeat. The word sahasā (immediately/suddenly) indicates their renewed promptness. It illustrates the dynamic of military discipline where the presence of a commander emboldens the troops to face a superior enemy once again.

अपने नेता का प्रोत्साहन पाकर, जो वानर पहले डरकर भाग आए थे, वे पुनः लड़ने के लिए तैयार हो गए। "वानरर्षभाः" और "वीरा" जैसे विशेषण यहाँ रक्षकों के लिए प्रयुक्त हुए हैं, जो उनकी निष्ठा और साहस को दर्शाते हैं। वे जानते थे कि सामने अंगद की सेना है, फिर भी स्वामी की आज्ञा मानकर वे "सहसा" (अचानक/तेजी से) वापस लौटे। यह श्लोक सेना में अनुशासन और नेतृत्व के प्रभाव को रेखांकित करता है कि कैसे एक नेता का आत्मविश्वास हारी हुई टुकड़ी में भी जान फूँक सकता है।
