Srimad Valmiki Ramayana
जाम्बवान् यत्र नेता स्यादङ्गदश्च महाबलः ।
हनूमांश्चाप्यधिष्ठाता न तस्य गतिरन्यथा ।
。 ॥५-६३-२०॥
Jāmbavān yatra netā syādaṅgadaśca mahābalaḥ । Hanūmāṃścāpyadhiṣṭhātā na tasya gatiranyathā । 。 ॥5-63-20॥
Translation
Where Jambavan is the leader, Angada is the mighty warrior, and Hanuman is the executor/supervisor, the progress (result) of that task cannot be otherwise (than successful).

जहाँ जाम्बवान जैसे (बुद्धिमान) नेता हों, महाबली अंगद हों, और हनुमान जैसा कार्य-प्रबंधक (अधिष्ठाता) हो, उस कार्य की गति (परिणाम) अन्यथा (असफल) नहीं हो सकती।
English Commentary
Sugriva outlines the composition of the 'Dream Team.' He acknowledges the triad of leadership: Jambavan provides the wisdom and guidance ('Neta'), Angada provides the authority and strength ('Mahabalah'), and Hanuman provides the executive force ('Adhishthata'). Sugriva asserts that with such a combination of leadership and capability, failure was never an option. The outcome had to be victory.
