जाम्बवान् यत्र नेता स्यादङ्गदश्च बलेश्वरः ।
हनुमांश्चाप्यधिष्ठाता न तस्य गतिरन्यथा ।

॥५-६४-३१॥
Jāmbavān yatra netā syādaṅgadaśca baleśvaraḥ |
Hanumāṃścāpyadhiṣṭhātā na tasya gatiranyathā ॥5-64-31॥
Translation
"Where Jambavan is the leader, Angada is the lord of the forces, and Hanuman is the administrator (executor of the task), the outcome of that mission cannot be otherwise (than successful)."

"जहाँ जाम्बवान जैसे अनुभवी नेता हों, अंगद जैसा सेनापति (बलेश्वर) हो और हनुमान जैसा कार्य-साधक (अधिष्ठाता) हो, उस कार्य की गति (परिणाम) इसके विपरीत (असफल) नहीं हो सकती।"
English Commentary
Sugriva defines the equation of a 'winning team' here. He assures Rama that this success is not a coincidence but the result of perfect leadership dynamics. Jambavan provides 'experience' and wisdom (guidance), Angada provides 'authority' and power (command), and Hanuman provides 'skill' and valor (execution). Sugriva argues that when wisdom, authority, and execution align, failure is impossible.

सुग्रीव यहाँ 'विजयी टीम' के समीकरण को परिभाषित कर रहे हैं। वे राम को बताते हैं कि सफलता केवल संयोग नहीं है, बल्कि सही नेतृत्व का परिणाम है। जाम्बवान के पास 'अनुभव' और 'ज्ञान' है (मार्गदर्शन के लिए), अंगद के पास 'सत्ता' और 'बल' है (नेतृत्व के लिए), और हनुमान के पास 'कौशल' और 'साहस' है (निष्पादन के लिए)। जब ज्ञान, शक्ति और कौशल एक साथ मिलते हैं, तो सफलता सुनिश्चित होती है।
