Srimad Valmiki Ramayana
आजग्मुस्ते ऽपि हरयो रामदर्शनकांक्षिणः ।
अङ्गदं पुरतः कृत्वा हनूमन्तं च वानरम् ।
।
॥५-६४-३५॥
Ājagmuste 'pi harayo rāmadarśanakāṅkṣiṇaḥ |
Aṅgadaṃ purataḥ kṛtvā hanūmantaṃ ca vānaram ॥5-64-35॥
Translation
Desiring to see Rama, those monkeys arrived there, placing Angada and the monkey Hanuman in front.
हिंदी अनुवाद
राम के दर्शन की इच्छा रखने वाले वे वानर भी, अंगद और वानरवीर हनुमान को आगे करके (वहाँ) आ पहुँचे।
English Commentary
The priority of the Vanaras is not rest, but to 'see Rama'. They display a beautiful balance of hierarchy and gratitude. Angada is placed in front as the Crown Prince, and Hanuman accompanies him as the executor of the mission. This formation shows they are disciplined and clearly understand who deserves the credit and who bears the responsibility of reporting.

वानरों की प्राथमिकता अब विश्राम करना नहीं, बल्कि 'राम के दर्शन' करना है। उन्होंने पदानुक्रम (hierarchy) और कृतज्ञता का सुंदर संतुलन बनाया है। युवराज होने के नाते अंगद आगे हैं, और कार्य-साधक होने के नाते हनुमान उनके साथ हैं। यह व्यवस्था दर्शाती है कि वे अनुशासनबद्ध हैं और जानते हैं कि श्रेय किसको मिलना चाहिए और रिपोर्ट किसे करनी है।
