नय मामपि तं देशं यत्र दृष्टा मम प्रिया ।
न तिष्ठेयं क्षणमपि प्रवृत्तिमुपलभ्य च ।
।

naya māmapi taṃ deśaṃ yatra dṛṣṭā mama priyā |
na tiṣṭheyaṃ kṣaṇamapi pravṛttimupalabhya ca ॥5-66-11॥
Translation
Take me also to that place where my beloved has been seen. Having received news of her, I cannot stay here even for a moment.
हिंदी अनुवाद
मुझे भी उस देश (स्थान) ले चलो जहाँ मेरी प्रिया देखी गई है। उनका समाचार (प्रवृत्ति) पाकर अब मैं यहाँ एक क्षण भी नहीं रुक सकता।
English Commentary
Grief transforms into urgency. Rama demands immediate transport to Lanka: "Take me also to that place." The psychological shift is triggered by pravṛttim (news/intelligence). Uncertainty can breed paralysis, but knowledge breeds action. Rama declares he cannot stay (na tiṣṭheyaṃ) even for a moment. This marks the end of the passive period of waiting and mourning. The information regarding her location makes the separation physically unbearable, compelling him to move towards the enemy territory regardless of the logistics, which he leaves to the Vanaras to solve.

शोक अब 'आवेग' (Impulse/Action) में बदल रहा है। राम अब निष्क्रिय नहीं रह सकते। 'नय मामपि' (मुझे भी ले चलो)—वे हनुमान से कहते हैं कि मुझे वहाँ ले चलो। अब तक वे दिशाहीन थे, लेकिन अब लक्ष्य स्पष्ट है। 'प्रवृत्तिमुपलभ्य' (खबर पाकर)—अज्ञानता में धैर्य रखना संभव था, लेकिन अब जब पता चल गया है कि सीता कहाँ और किस हाल में हैं, तो प्रतीक्षा करना मृत्यु समान है। यह श्लोक युद्ध की तैयारी और प्रस्थान का शंखनाद है। राम का क्षत्रिय स्वभाव अब जागृत हो रहा है।
