तदलं परितापेन देवि मन्युर्व्यपैतु ते ।
एकोत्पातेन वै लङ्कामेष्यन्ति हरियूथपाः ।

tadalaṃ paritāpena devi manyurvyapaitu te |
ekotpātena vai laṅkāmeṣyanti hariyūthapāḥ ॥5-68-23॥
Translation
Therefore, O Devi, enough of this grieving; let your sorrow depart. The leaders of the monkey troops will reach Lanka in a single leap.

अतः हे देवि! संताप करना व्यर्थ है; आपका दुःख दूर हो। वानर-यूथपति (सेनानायक) एक ही छलांग में लंका पहुँच जाएंगे।
English Commentary
Having established the capability of the army, Hanuman moves to console Sita emotionally. He urges her, 'alam paritāpena' (enough with the sorrow), signaling that the time for despair has passed. The phrase 'ekotpātena' (with a single uprising/leap) conveys speed and inevitability. He assures her that the geographic barrier is negligible for the Vanara commanders ('hariyūthapāḥ'). This verse marks a transition from logical persuasion to emotional comfort, asking Sita to let go of her 'manyu' (grief/distress) because the solution is not just possible, but imminent.

अब हनुमान जी निष्कर्ष पर आते हैं। तर्कों द्वारा सेना की क्षमता सिद्ध करने के बाद, वे सीता जी को भावनात्मक सांत्वना देते हैं। 'अलम् परितापेन' (संताप बस करो/मत करो)—यह एक आश्वासन है कि रोने के दिन अब समाप्त हुए। 'एकोत्पातेन' (एक ही उड़ान/छलांग में) शब्द का प्रयोग महत्वपूर्ण है; यह दर्शाता है कि वानर सेना को पुल बनाने या जहाजों की प्रतीक्षा करने की भी आवश्यकता नहीं (यद्यपि बाद में सेतु बनता है, पर यहाँ हनुमान का उद्देश्य तत्काल ढाढस बंधाना है)। वे सीता जी को एक सुखद भविष्य का दृश्य दिखाते हैं जहाँ वानर सेना लंका में प्रवेश कर रही है।
