Srimad Valmiki Ramayana
एष सर्वस्वभूतस्तु परिष्वङ्गो हनूमतः ।
मया कालमिमं प्राप्य दत्तश्चास्तु महात्मनः ॥६-१-१४॥
eṣa sarvasvabhūtastu pariṣvaṅgo hanūmataḥ । mayā kālamimaṃ prāpya dattaścāstu mahātmanaḥ ॥6-1-14॥
Translation
Therefore, let this embrace, which is my all (my everything), be given by me to the high-souled Hanuman, considering the present circumstances.
हिंदी अनुवाद
अतः, (मेरे पास धन न होने के कारण) मेरा यह आलिंगन (गले लगाना) ही मेरा सर्वस्व है। इस समय को प्राप्त करके, उस महात्मा हनुमान को मेरे द्वारा यही (आलिंगन) दिया जाए।
English Commentary
Lacking material wealth, Shri Rama offers his very self. He declares his embrace ('pariṣvaṅgo') to be his 'sarvasvabhūta' (constituting his totality/everything). For a devotee, the physical contact and grace of the Lord are far superior to jewels or kingdoms. Shri Rama offers this as the highest reward possible for a 'Mahatma' (great soul) like Hanuman. Devotionally, this act symbolizes the concept of 'Atma-nivedana' (self-surrender) in reverse—the Lord surrendering Himself to the devotee in gratitude. It is the ultimate seal of love between Shri Rama and Hanuman.

चूँकि श्री राम के पास भौतिक धन नहीं है, वे वह देते हैं जो तीनों लोकों में सबसे दुर्लभ है—स्वयं को। 'सर्वस्वभूतः परिष्वङ्गो' (सर्वस्व रूपी आलिंगन) कहकर श्री राम यह स्पष्ट करते हैं कि इस आलिंगन में उनका प्रेम, उनकी आत्मा और उनका सब कुछ निहित है। एक भक्त के लिए भगवान का आलिंगन मोक्ष और साम्राज्य से भी बड़ा है। श्री राम 'कालमिमं प्राप्य' (इस समय/परिस्थिति को देखकर) कहते हैं, जो उनकी विवशता और प्रेम दोनों को दर्शाता है। यह श्री रामायण के सबसे भावुक क्षणों में से एक है, जहाँ ब्रह्म और जीव का मिलन होता है।
