ध्यात्वा पुनरुवाचेदं वचनं रघुसत्तमः ।
हरीणामीश्वरस्यैव सुग्रीवस्योपशृण्वतः ॥६-१-१६॥
dhyātvā punaruvācedaṃ vacanaṃ raghusattamaḥ । harīṇāmīśvarasyaiva sugrīvasyopaśṛṇvataḥ ॥6-1-16॥
Translation
Then, reflecting for a while, Shri Rama, the best of the Raghus, spoke these words again in the presence of Sugriva, the lord of the monkeys.

फिर कुछ देर ध्यान (विचार) करके, रघुकुल में श्रेष्ठ श्री राम ने वानरों के राजा सुग्रीव के सुनते हुए (या सुग्रीव से) पुनः यह वचन कहा।
English Commentary
The narrative shifts from emotional catharsis to strategic planning. 'Dhyātvā' (having reflected/meditated) marks this transition. Shri Rama, the 'Raghusattama' (best of Raghus), realizes that finding Sita is only step one; rescuing her is the real challenge. He addresses Sugriva, the King ('Ishwara') of the monkeys, acknowledging his authority over the army. This shows Shri Rama's pragmatic nature; he does not let emotion cloud the looming reality of the logistical nightmare that is the ocean crossing.
