Srimad Valmiki Ramayana
सदेवाः कथयिष्यन्ति यावद्भूमिर्धरिष्यति ।
समागम्य सदा लोके यथा युद्धं प्रवर्तितम् ॥६-१०१-५७॥
sadēvāḥ kathayiṣyanti yāvadbhūmir dhariṣyati |
samāgamya sadā lōkē yathā yuddhaṃ pravartitam ॥6-101-57॥
Translation
All the worlds, including the Gods, as long as this earth endures, shall gather and relate how this (extraordinary) battle was fought.
हिंदी अनुवाद
देवताओं सहित सम्पूर्ण लोक जब तक यह पृथ्वी रहेगी, तब तक आपस में मिलकर चर्चा करेंगे कि इस संसार में कैसा (अद्भुत) युद्ध हुआ था।
English Commentary
Shri Rama speaks of His future glory and the immortality of this conflict. The phrase 'how the battle was fought' implies a prototypical war that will be remembered for generations. This is not hubris but the confidence of a divine mission establishing a benchmark for the future. This verse also affirms the eternal legacy of the Valmiki Ramayana.

श्री राम यहाँ अपनी भावी कीर्ति और इस युद्ध की अमरता की बात कर रहे हैं। 'यथा युद्धं प्रवर्तितम्' का अर्थ है एक ऐसा आदर्श युद्ध जो पीढ़ियों तक याद रखा जाएगा। यह अहंकार नहीं, बल्कि उस धर्म-संस्थापन का आत्मविश्वास है जो भविष्य के लिए एक उदाहरण बनेगा। यह श्लोक वाल्मीकि श्री रामायण की अमरता की भी पुष्टि करता है।
