यदि वधमिच्छसि रावणस्य सङ्ख्ये यदि च कृतां त्वमिहेच्छसि प्रतिज्ञाम् ।
यदि तव राजवरात्मजाभिलाषः कुरु च वचो मम शीघ्रमद्यवीर ॥६-१०२-४७॥
yadi vadhamicchasi rāvaṇasya saṅkhye yadi ca kṛtāṃ tvamihecchasi pratijñām |
yadi tava rājavarātmajābhilāṣaḥ kuru ca vaco mama śīghramadyavīra ॥6-102-47॥
Translation
O Hero! If You desire the death of Ravana in battle, if You wish to fulfill the vow made here, and if You long for the daughter of the best of kings (Sita), then act quickly upon my words today.
हिंदी अनुवाद
हे वीर! यदि आप युद्ध में रावण का वध करना चाहते हैं, यदि आप अपनी प्रतिज्ञा को पूर्ण करना चाहते हैं और यदि आपको जनकपुत्री सीता को प्राप्त करने की अभिलाषा है, तो आज शीघ्र ही मेरी बात मानिये (और युद्ध कीजिये)।
English Commentary
The sarga concludes with this intensely inspiring call from Shri Lakshmana. He places three primary objectives before Shri Rama—the destruction of the foe, the fulfillment of the vow, and the retrieval of Sita. The word 'Shighram' (quickly) signals the final hour of the conflict. These words of Lakshmana reignite the 'Vira Rasa' in Shri Rama's heart, leading Him toward the ultimate destruction of Ravana.

सर्ग का समापन लक्ष्मण जी के इस अत्यंत प्रेरणादायक आह्वान के साथ होता है। वे श्री राम के सामने तीन मुख्य लक्ष्य रखते हैं—शत्रु का विनाश, प्रतिज्ञा की पूर्ति और सीता जी की प्राप्ति। 'शीघ्रम्' शब्द युद्ध की अंतिम घड़ी की सूचना देता है। लक्ष्मण जी के ये वचन श्री राम के हृदय में पुनः 'वीर रस' का संचार करते हैं, जो अब रावण के अंतिम संहार की ओर ले जाएगा।
