प्राजापत्यं च नक्षत्रं रोहिणीं शशिनः प्रियाम् ।
समाक्रम्य बुधस्तस्थौ प्रजानामशुभावहः ॥६-१०३-३०॥
prājāpatyaṃ ca nakṣatraṃ rohiṇīṃ śaśinaḥ priyām |
samākramya budhastasthau prajānāmaśubhāvahaḥ ॥6-103-30॥
Translation
The planet Mercury (Budha), bringing ill-luck to the people, stood attacking the constellation Rohini, the beloved of the Moon and the star of Prajapati.

प्रजाओं के लिए अशुभ करने वाला बुध ग्रह, प्रजापति के नक्षत्र और चंद्रमा की प्रिया 'रोहिणी' पर आक्रमण करके स्थित हो गया।
English Commentary
Here begins the description of bad omens. In astrology, Mercury attacking Rohini (Moon's favorite wife) is considered extremely inauspicious. It signifies mass destruction. This indicates that a terrible calamity is befalling the earth.

यहाँ से अपशकुनों (Omens) का वर्णन शुरू होता है। ज्योतिष शास्त्र में, बुध का रोहिणी (चंद्रमा की पत्नी) को भेदना या उस पर आक्रमण करना अत्यंत अशुभ माना जाता है। यह लोक-विनाश का सूचक है। यह संकेत देता है कि पृथ्वी पर घोर संकट आने वाला है।
