निर्बिभेद ततो बाणैर्हयानस्य महाजवान् ।
रामस्तीक्ष्णैर्महावेगैर्वज्रकल्पैः शितैः शरैः ॥६-१०४-२९॥
nirbibheda tato bāṇairhayānasya mahājavān |
rāmastīkṣṇairmahāvegairvajrakalpaiḥ śitaiḥ śaraiḥ ॥6-104-29॥
Translation
Then Shri Rama pierced/killed his (Ravana's) very swift horses with sharp, high-speed, thunderbolt-like, and whetted arrows.
हिंदी अनुवाद
तदनन्तर श्रीश्री राम ने तीखे, महावेग वाले, वज्र के समान कठोर और पैने बाणों से उसके (रावण के) महावेगवान घोड़ों को बींध डाला (मार दिया)।
English Commentary
Seizing the momentum, Shri Rama targets Ravana's mobility. Killing the horses ('hayān') is a strategic move to immobilize the opponent's chariot, rendering Ravana vulnerable and reducing his tactical advantage.

मुख्य अस्त्र को नष्ट करने के बाद श्रीश्री राम तुरंत आक्रामक हो गए। उन्होंने रावण की गति रोकने के लिए उसके घोड़ों को निशाना बनाया। यह रथी को पंगु बनाने की रणनीति है।
