दिष्ट्या ऽसि मम दुष्टात्मंश्चक्षुर्विषयमागतः ।
अद्य त्वां सायकैस्तीक्ष्णैर्नयामि यमसादनम् ॥६-१०५-१९॥
diṣṭyā 'si mama duṣṭātmaṃścakṣurviṣayamāgataḥ |
adya tvāṃ sāyakai stīkṣṇaīrnayāmi yamasādanam ॥6-105-19॥
Translation
O evil-souled one! It is by good fortune that you have finally come within the range of my vision. Today, with my sharp arrows, I shall send you to the abode of Death.
हिंदी अनुवाद
हे दुष्टात्मा! यह सौभाग्य है कि आज तुम मेरी दृष्टि के सामने आ गए हो। आज मैं अपने तीखे बाणों से तुम्हें यमराज के घर पहुँचा दूँगा।
English Commentary
Shri Rama uses the word 'Dishtya' (by good fortune) because He is now free to deliver justice to the sinner. Coming 'within the range of His vision' is the first step in the termination of unrighteousness. When the Lord's gaze falls upon an evildoer, his time is up. This is the final warning of His destructive persona.
हिंदी टीका
श्री राम यहाँ 'दिष्ट्या' (सौभाग्य) शब्द का प्रयोग करते हैं क्योंकि अब वे उस पापी को दंड देने के लिए स्वतंत्र थे। 'चक्षुर्विषयम्' (आँखों के सामने) आना अधर्म के अंत का प्रथम सोपान है। प्रभु की दृष्टि जिस पापी पर पड़ती है, उसका काल निश्चित हो जाता है। यह उनके संहारक स्वरूप की अंतिम चेतावनी है।
