आदित्यहृदयं पुण्यं सर्वशत्रुविनाशनम् ।
जयावहं जपेन्नित्यमक्षय्यं परमं शिवम् ॥६-१०७-४॥
ādityahṛdayaṃ puṇyaṃ sarvaśatruvināśanam |
jayāvahaṃ japennityamakṣayyaṃ paramaṃ śivam ॥6-107-4॥
Translation
"This 'Aditya Hridayam' is holy, destroys all enemies, brings victory, is undecaying, and is supremely auspicious; one should recite it always."

यह 'आदित्यहृदय' परम पवित्र, संपूर्ण शत्रुओं का नाश करने वाला, विजय देने वाला, अक्षय और परम कल्याणकारी है; इसका नित्य जप करना चाहिए।
English Commentary
This verse outlines the 'Phalashruti' (fruits of recitation) of the hymn. It is described as 'akshayyam' (undecaying/inexhaustible), meaning its spiritual merit is eternal. Calling it 'paramam shivam' (supremely auspicious) suggests that beyond battlefield victory, it grants ultimate spiritual well-being. It is a tool to awaken inner power through the worship of the Sun.

यहाँ स्तोत्र की 'फलश्रुति' (लाभ) बताई गई है। इसे 'अक्षय्यं' कहा गया है, अर्थात् इसका पुण्य फल कभी नष्ट नहीं होता। 'परमं शिवम्' का अर्थ है कि यह केवल युद्ध में जीत नहीं, बल्कि परम कल्याण (मोक्ष) भी देने वाला है। यह सूर्य की उपासना के माध्यम से आत्म-शक्ति को जागृत करने का साधन है।
