रश्मिमन्तं समुद्यन्तं देवासुरनमस्कृतम् ।
पूजयस्व विवस्वन्तं भास्करं भुवनेश्वरम् ॥६-१०७-६॥
raśmimantaṃ samudyantaṃ devāsuranamaskṛtam |
pūjayasva vivasvantaṃ bhāskaraṃ bhuvaneśvaram ॥6-107-6॥
Translation
"Worship the Sun God (Vivasvan), the ruler of the worlds (Bhuvaneshvara), who is crowned with rays, who rises daily, who is bowed to by gods and demons, and who illuminates (Bhaskara)."

किरणों से सुशोभित, नित्य उदित होने वाले, देवताओं और असुरों द्वारा नमस्कृत, प्रकाशमान (विवस्वान), दीप्ति करने वाले (भास्कर) और जगत के स्वामी (भुवनेश्वर) भगवान सूर्य की पूजा करो।
English Commentary
Sage Agastya directs Shri Rama to worship the Sun. By referring to the Sun as 'Bhuvaneshvaram' (Lord of the Universe), he elevates the deity from a celestial body to the Supreme Being. The phrase 'devasuranamaskrtam' indicates the Sun's universal authority, acknowledged by both divine and demonic forces.

अगस्त्य मुनि श्रीश्री राम को सूर्य उपासना का निर्देश देते हैं। सूर्य को 'भुवनेश्वर' (भुवनों का ईश्वर) कहा गया है, जो यह स्थापित करता है कि वे केवल एक ग्रह नहीं, बल्कि परमात्मा का प्रत्यक्ष रूप हैं। 'देवासुरनमस्कृतम्' बताता है कि सूर्य की सत्ता सार्वभौमिक है; पक्ष और विपक्ष (सुर और असुर) दोनों उनकी शक्ति को मानते हैं।
