त इमे सायकाः सर्वे युद्धे प्रात्ययिका मम ।
किं नु तत्कारणं येन रावणे मन्दतेजसः ॥६-११०-३३॥
ta ime sāyakāḥ sarve yuddhe prātyayikā mama |
kiṃ nu tatkāraṇaṃ yena rāvaṇe mandatejasaḥ ॥6-110-33॥
Translation
"...All these arrows of mine have been trustworthy in battle. What is the reason that they have become weak in power against Ravana?"
हिंदी अनुवाद
"...वे मेरे ये सभी बाण युद्ध में विश्वासपात्र (सफल) रहे हैं। क्या कारण है कि वे रावण के प्रति (आज) मंद तेज वाले (प्रभावहीन) हो गए हैं?"
English Commentary
This is Shri Rama's introspection. He is baffled by the failure of his 'pratyayika' (trustworthy) arrows. This verse highlights the limitations and struggles of the human Avatar. Though divine, he investigates the cause like a warrior.

यह श्री राम का आत्म-मंथन है। वे अपने 'प्रात्ययिका' (भरोसेमंद) बाणों की विफलता से हैरान हैं। यह श्लोक मानवीय अवतार की सीमाओं और संघर्ष को दिखाता है। भगवान होते हुए भी वे एक योद्धा की तरह कारण खोज रहे हैं।
