तत् प्रवृत्तं महद्युद्धं तुमुलं रोमहर्षणम् ।
अन्तरिक्षे च भूमौ च पुनश्च गिरिमूर्धनि ॥६-११०-३६॥
tat pravṛttaṃ mahadyuddhaṃ tumulaṃ romaharṣaṇam |
antarikṣe ca bhūmau ca punaśca girimūrdhani ॥6-110-36॥
Translation
That great, tumultuous, and hair-raising battle continued in the sky, on the ground, and again on the mountain top.
हिंदी अनुवाद
वह महान, तुमुल और रोमांचकारी युद्ध आकाश में, भूमि पर और फिर पर्वत के शिखर पर (भी) जारी रहा।
English Commentary
The battlefield was shifting. Sometimes they fought in the air (due to Matali's chariot), sometimes on ground, sometimes on peaks. It was like a dogfight. The war was omnipresent.

युद्ध क्षेत्र बदल रहा था। कभी वे हवा में लड़ते (मातलि के रथ के कारण), कभी जमीन पर, कभी पहाड़ पर। यह 'डॉगफाइट' (dogfight) जैसा दृश्य था। युद्ध सर्वत्र व्याप्त था।
