English Commentary
The speed of the chariots and the shower of arrows were simultaneous. 'Pravartana-nivartana' is part of war strategy—sometimes advancing to attack, sometimes retreating to reposition for defense.

रथों की गति और बाणों की वर्षा साथ-साथ चल रही थी। 'प्रवर्तन-निवर्तन' युद्ध की रणनीति का हिस्सा है—कभी आक्रमण के लिए आगे बढ़ना, कभी बचाव के लिए पीछे हटकर स्थिति बदलना।
