ततः प्रजग्मुः प्रशमं मरुद्गणा दिशः प्रसेदुर्विमलं नभोऽबवत् ।
मही चकम्पे न हि मारुतो ववौ स्थिरप्रभश्चाप्यभवद्दिवाकरः ॥६-१११-३२॥
tataḥ prajagmuḥ praśamaṃ marudgaṇā diśaḥ prasedurvimalaṃ nabho'bhavat |
mahī cakampe na hi māruto vavau sthiraprabhaścāpyabhavaddivākaraḥ ॥6-111-32॥
Translation
Then the winds became calm, the directions became clear, and the sky became spotless. The earth did not tremble, the wind did not blow (violently), and the sun became steady in its brilliance.
हिंदी अनुवाद
तदनन्तर मरुद्गण (आंधियां) शांत हो गए, दिशाएं प्रसन्न (साफ) हो गईं, आकाश निर्मल हो गया। पृथ्वी का कांपना बंद हो गया, (तेज) हवा बहना रुक गई और सूर्य भी स्थिर प्रभा वाले हो गए।
English Commentary
Nature restores its balance. The atmospheric turbulence linked to Ravana's evil presence and the violent battle subsides. The clarity of directions and the steady sun ('sthiraprabhaḥ') signify the restoration of Dharma and cosmic order (Rita).
हिंदी टीका
रावण की मृत्यु के बाद प्रकृति अपनी सौम्य अवस्था में लौट आई। जो उत्पात (भूकंप, आंधी, अंधकार) पहले हो रहे थे, वे सब शांत ('प्रशमं') हो गए। 'विमलं नभः' (स्वच्छ आकाश) शांति और नई शुरुआत का प्रतीक है।
