ब्रह्मणा निर्मितं पूर्वमिन्द्रार्थममितौजसा ।
दत्तं सुरपतेः पूर्वं त्रिलोकजयकाङ्क्षिणः ॥६-१११-५॥
brahmaṇā nirmitaṃ pūrvamindrārthamamitaujasā |
dattaṃ surapateḥ pūrvaṃ trilokajayakāṅkṣiṇaḥ ॥6-111-5॥
Translation
Created in the past by the immeasurably resplendent Brahma for the sake of Indra, and given to the Lord of Gods (Indra) who desired to conquer the three worlds.
हिंदी अनुवाद
जिसे पूर्वकाल में अमित तेजस्वी ब्रह्माजी ने इंद्र के लिए बनाया था और तीनों लोकों को जीतने की इच्छा रखने वाले सुरराज (इंद्र) को दिया था।
English Commentary
The provenance of the arrow elevates its status. It was crafted by the Creator, Brahma, specifically for Indra to establish dominion over the three worlds ('trilokajaya'). Passing from Brahma to Indra, then to Agastya, and finally to Shri Rama, the weapon carries the legacy of cosmic order and ultimate victory.

इस बाण की महत्ता इससे सिद्ध होती है कि इसका निर्माण स्वयं सृष्टिकर्ता ने देवराज इंद्र के लिए किया था ताकि वे त्रिलोक विजय प्राप्त कर सकें। अब वही शक्ति श्रीश्री राम के हाथों में है। यह बाण केवल एक हथियार नहीं, बल्कि ब्रह्मांडीय सत्ता और धर्म की विजय का प्रतीक है।
