एतस्मिन्नन्तरे रामो विभीषणमुवाच ह ।
संस्कारः क्रियतां भ्रातुः स्त्रियश्चैता निवर्तय ॥६-११४-९२॥
etasminnantare rāmo vibhīṣaṇamuvāca ha |
saṃskāraḥ kriyatāṃ bhrātuḥ striyaścaitā nivartaya ॥6-114-92॥
Translation
In the meantime, Shri Rama spoke to Vibhishana: "Perform the funeral rites of your brother and send these women back."
हिंदी अनुवाद
इसी बीच, श्रीश्री राम ने विभीषण से कहा—'अपने भाई का संस्कार (अंतिम क्रिया) करो और इन स्त्रियों को (रनिवास में) वापस भेज दो।'
English Commentary
Shri Rama steps in to restore order. His instructions are twofold and crucial: first, uphold dharma by performing the funeral rites ('saṃskāraḥ') for the fallen brother; second, protect the dignity of the grieving women by sending them back to the palace. This shows Shri Rama's focus on propriety even in victory.

युद्ध समाप्त होते ही श्रीश्री राम मर्यादा पुरुषोत्तम के रूप में सामने आते हैं। वे विभीषण को आदेश देते हैं कि शत्रुता भूलकर भाई का 'संस्कार' करें। साथ ही, स्त्रियों की मर्यादा की रक्षा के लिए उन्हें वहां से हटाने ('निवर्तय') का निर्देश देते हैं। यह श्री राम की संवेदनशीलता और धर्मपरायणता है।
