इति शीघ्रं ततो गत्वा वानरास्ते महाबलाः ।
आगतास्तज्जलं गृह्य समुद्राद्वानरोत्तमाः ॥६-११५-१३॥
iti śīghraṃ tato gatvā vānarāste mahābalāḥ |
āgatāstaj jalaṃ gṛhya samudrā dvānarottamāḥ ॥6-115-13॥
Translation
Following the command, those mighty and excellent monkeys went quickly and returned, having fetched the water from the ocean.
हिंदी अनुवाद
आज्ञा पाकर वे महाबली वानर श्रेष्ठ शीघ्र ही वहाँ से गए और समुद्र से जल लेकर वापस आ गए।
English Commentary
The efficiency of the Vanaras is proven once again. The word 'Shighram' (quickly) reflects their enthusiasm. They were as supportive in auspicious rituals as they were in battle. The ocean, which was once a challenge to cross, had now become a source of sacred water for them, illustrating the harmonious relationship between nature and the victorious heroes after the war.

वानरों की कार्यकुशलता यहाँ पुनः सिद्ध होती है। 'शीघ्रम्' शब्द उनके उत्साह को दर्शाता है। वे केवल युद्ध में ही नहीं, बल्कि मांगलिक कार्यों में भी श्री राम और लक्ष्मण के उतने ही सहयोगी थे। समुद्र, जिसे पार करना कभी एक चुनौती था, अब उनके लिए पवित्र जल का स्रोत बन गया था। यह विजय के बाद प्रकृति और पुरुष के बीच के सुखद सम्बन्ध को दर्शाता है।
