आजह्रुरथ संहृष्टाः पौरास्तस्मै निशाचराः ।
स तान् गृहीत्वा दुर्धर्षो राघवाय न्यवेदयत् ॥६-११५-१९॥
ājahru ratha saṃhṛṣṭāḥ paurāstasmai niśācarāḥ |
sa tān gṛhītvā durdharṣo rāghavāya nyavedayat ॥6-115-19॥
Translation
The joyous night-stalker citizens brought those gifts to him. That invincible one (Vibhishana), taking them, offered them to the scion of Raghu (Shri Rama).
हिंदी अनुवाद
हर्षित हुए लंका के उन निशाचर नागरिकों ने वे वस्तुएं विभीषण को भेंट कीं। उन अजेय विभीषण ने उन सबको लेकर श्री रघुनाथ जी को समर्पित (निवेदन) कर दिया।
English Commentary
Vibhishana’s humility is at its peak here. He does not keep the citizen's offerings for himself but places them at the feet of his deity, Shri Rama. This reflects the spirit of 'Yajna'—dedicating the fruits of one's actions to the Divine. Vibhishana demonstrates that the true sovereign of Lanka is not Ravana, but Shri Rama Himself.

विभीषण जी की विनम्रता यहाँ अपने शिखर पर है। वे प्रजा द्वारा दिए गए सम्मान को स्वयं न रखकर अपने आराध्य श्री राम के चरणों में अर्पित कर देते हैं। यह 'यज्ञ' की भावना है जहाँ प्राप्त फल को ईश्वर को समर्पित किया जाता है। विभीषण यहाँ सिद्ध कर रहे हैं कि लंका का वास्तविक स्वामी रावण नहीं, बल्कि श्री राम ही हैं।
