अब्रवीच्च तदा रामः समीपपरिवर्तिनम् ।
सौमित्रिं सत्यसम्पन्नं लक्ष्मणं दीप्ततेजसम् ॥६-११५-८॥
abravīcca tadā rāmaḥ samīpaparivartinam |
saumitriṃ satyasampannaṃ lakṣmaṇaṃ dīptatejasam ॥6-115-8॥
Translation
Then Shri Rama spoke to His near-staying, truthful, and brilliantly radiant brother Lakshmana.
हिंदी अनुवाद
तब श्री राम ने अपने समीप रहने वाले, सत्य से संपन्न और चमकते हुए तेज वाले सुमित्रानन्दन लक्ष्मण से यह बात कही।
English Commentary
The epithets 'Satyasampannam' (endowed with truth) and 'Diptatejasam' (blazing with brilliance) for Shri Lakshmana affirm His status as a sattvic warrior who ended the illusory Indrajit. Shri Rama is about to entrust Lakshmana with a critical royal duty. This reflects the profound trust and strategic synergy between the two brothers.

श्री लक्ष्मण जी के लिए 'सत्यसम्पन्नम्' (सत्य से युक्त) और 'दीप्ततेजसम्' (प्रज्वलित तेज वाले) विशेषण उनके उस सात्विक योद्धा स्वरूप को पुष्ट करते हैं जिसने इन्द्रजित जैसे मायावी का अंत किया था। श्री राम अब लक्ष्मण जी को एक अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण राजकीय कार्य सौंपने वाले हैं। यहाँ दोनों भाइयों के बीच के प्रगाढ़ विश्वास और सामरिक सहयोग का दर्शन होता है।
