YUDDHA KANDA•SARGA: 116•SHLOKA: 23
स्निग्धमेवंविधं वाक्यं त्वमेवार्हसि भाषितुम् ।
तवैतद्वचनं सौम्ये सारवत् स्निग्धमेव च ॥६-११६-२३॥
snigdhamevaṃvidhaṃ vākyaṃ tvamevārhasi bhāṣitum |
tavaitadvacanaṃ saumye sāravat snighdameva ca ॥6-116-23॥
Translation
"O Gentle Lady! You alone are worthy of speaking such affectionate words. Your words are full of substance and full of affection."
हिंदी अनुवाद
"हे सौम्ये! इस प्रकार के स्नेहपूर्ण वचन कहने के योग्य केवल आप ही हैं। आपका यह वचन सारगर्भित और अत्यंत स्नेहयुक्त है।"
English Commentary
Hanuman states that Sita's praise is his greatest reward. Only she, who is Shri Rama's 'better half' and the embodiment of Dharma, can speak such words.
हिंदी टीका
हनुमान जी कहते हैं कि सीता जी की प्रशंसा ही उनका सबसे बड़ा पुरस्कार है। ऐसे वचन केवल वही बोल सकती हैं जो श्री राम की 'अर्धांगिनी' और धर्म की मूर्ति हों।
