अथ श्रमपनुदत्तस्तं क्लमं सा सुचिरनष्टमुदीक्ष्य वै प्रियस्य ।
वदनमुदितपूर्णचन्द्रकान्तं विमलशशाङ्कनिभानना तदानीम् ॥६-११७-३६॥
atha śramapanudattastaṃ klamaṃ sā suciranaṣṭamudīkṣya vai priyasya |
vadanamuditapūrṇacandrakāntaṃ vimalaśaśāṅkanibhānanā tadānīm ॥6-117-36॥
Translation
Then, seeing the face of her beloved, which shone like the risen full moon, she, whose face resembled the spotless moon, cast off her fatigue and long-standing sorrow at that moment.
हिंदी अनुवाद
तदनन्तर, निर्मल चंद्रमा के समान मुख वाली उस (सीता) ने, अपने प्रिय (श्री राम) के उदित पूर्ण चन्द्रमा के समान कांतिमान मुख को देखकर, अपने बहुत समय के संचित क्लेश और थकान को दूर कर दिया।
English Commentary
The chapter concludes with the healing power of darshan. Comparing both their faces to the moon emphasizes their compatibility and beauty. For Sita, merely seeing Shri Rama ('udīkṣya') erases the trauma of captivity ('klamaṃ'). It is a moment of pure emotional relief before the storm of accusation begins.

सर्गांत में सीता की राहत का वर्णन है। श्री राम का दर्शन ही उनकी औषधि है। श्री राम का मुख 'पूर्णचन्द्र' जैसा है और सीता का 'विमल शशांक' (दागरहित चंद्रमा) जैसा। प्रिय के दर्शन मात्र से उनका दीर्घकालीन दुःख ('सुचिरनष्टं') समाप्त हो गया। प्रेम की शक्ति यही है।
