युद्धे विक्रमतोश्चैव हितं मन्त्रयतोश्च मे ।
सुग्रीवस्य ससैन्यस्य सफलोऽद्य परिश्रमः ॥६-११८-८॥
yuddhe vikramatoścaiva hitaṃ mantrayatośca me |
sugrīvasya sasainyasya saphalo'dya pariśramaḥ ॥6-118-8॥
Translation
The exertion of Sugriva, along with his army, who displayed valor in battle and offered me beneficial counsel, has become fruitful today.

युद्ध में पराक्रम दिखाने वाले और मुझे हितकारी सलाह देने वाले, सेना सहित सुग्रीव का परिश्रम आज सफल हो गया।
English Commentary
Shri Rama validates the efforts of King Sugriva and the Vanara army. Highlighting Sugriva's role both as a warrior and a counselor (mantrayatah), Shri Rama emphasizes that the victory justifies the blood and sweat of his allies. This serves to formally close the military campaign, declaring the mission accomplished for the coalition.

हनुमान के बाद श्री राम सुग्रीव का आभार मानते हैं। सुग्रीव ने न केवल सेना दी, बल्कि 'हितं मन्त्रयतो' (हितकारी सलाह देने वाले) के रूप में एक मित्र का धर्म भी निभाया। श्री राम यह सुनिश्चित कर रहे हैं कि सीता की मुक्ति को केवल उनके व्यक्तिगत मामले के रूप में न देखा जाए, बल्कि वानर सेना के त्याग की सार्थकता के रूप में भी देखा जाए।
