स प्रहस्तः प्रतीतात्मा चिकीर्षन् राजशासनम् ।
विनिक्षिपद् बलम् सर्वम् बहिरन्तश्च मन्दिरे ॥६-१२-३॥
sa prahastaḥ praṇītātmā cikīrṣan rājaśāsanam । vinikṣipadbalaṃ sarvaṃ bahirantaśca mandire ॥6-12-3॥
Translation
That disciplined Prahasta, wishing to execute the King's command, deployed the entire army both outside and inside the city/palace.
हिंदी अनुवाद
वह संयत-चित्त (प्रणीतात्मा) प्रहस्त, राजा की आज्ञा का पालन करने की इच्छा से, पूरी सेना को नगर के बाहर और भीतर (मंदिर/भवन में) नियुक्त कर दिया।
English Commentary
Execution of Orders. Prahasta, described as 'Pranitatma' (disciplined/composed), acts swiftly. He establishes a dual defensive perimeter—inside the palace ('mandire') and outside the city walls ('bahir'), securing the capital completely.

आदेश का पालन। प्रहस्त एक अनुशासित ('प्रणीतात्मा') सेनापति है। उसने तुरंत सेना को 'बाहर और भीतर' तैनात कर दिया। यह 'इनर और आउटर कॉर्डन' (Inner and Outer Cordon) सुरक्षा व्यवस्था है।
