सहस्रचरणः श्रीमान्शतशीर्षः सहस्रदृक् ।
त्वं धारयसि भूतानि वसुधां च सपर्वताम् ॥६-१२०-२२॥
sahasracaraṇaḥ śrīmānśataśīrṣaḥ sahasradṛk |
tvaṃ dhārayasi bhūtāni vasudhāṃ ca saparvatām ॥6-120-22॥
Translation
"Possessing a thousand feet, a hundred heads, and a thousand eyes, You are the glorious one. You sustain all beings and the earth with its mountains."
हिंदी अनुवाद
तुम हजार चरणों वाले, सौ सिर वाले और हजार आँखों वाले श्रीमान (विराट पुरुष) हो। तुम ही समस्त प्राणियों को और पर्वतों सहित पृथ्वी को धारण करते हो।
English Commentary
The description 'thousand feet, thousand eyes' directly mirrors the Purusha Sukta of the Rig Veda, identifying Shri Rama as the Cosmic Purusha. He is the supporter ('dharayasi') of the tectonic and biological world, sustaining gravity and life.

यहाँ 'पुरुष सूक्त' (सहस्रशीर्षा पुरुषः...) का स्पष्ट संदर्भ है। श्री राम ही वह विराट पुरुष हैं जिसने ब्रह्मांड को धारण किया हुआ है। 'धाता' (धारण करने वाला) के रूप में वे पृथ्वी और जीवन के आधार हैं।
