त्रयाणां त्वं हि लोकानामादिकर्ता स्वयंप्रभुः ।
रुद्राणामष्टमो रुद्रः साध्यानामसि पञ्चमः ॥६-१२०-८॥
trayāṇāṃ tvaṃ hi lokānāmādikartā svayaṃprabhuḥ |
rudrāṇāmaṣṭamo rudraḥ sādhyānāmasi pañcamaḥ ॥6-120-8॥
Translation
"You are indeed the Primal Creator of the three worlds and the Self-lord. You are the eighth Rudra among the Rudras and the fifth among the Sadhyas."

आप ही तीनों लोकों के आदिकर्ता और स्वयंप्रभु (स्वयं प्रकट होने वाले) हैं। आप रुद्रों में आठवें रुद्र और साध्यगणों में पांचवे साध्य हैं।
English Commentary
The eulogy continues, identifying Shri Rama as the 'Adikarta' (Primal Creator) and 'Svayamprabhu' (Self-existent Lord). By equating him with specific high-ranking deities like the eighth Rudra and fifth Sadhya, the gods emphasize that he acts through all these divine forms but is ultimately the source of them all.

देवता श्रीश्री राम की सर्वव्यापकता का वर्णन कर रहे हैं। वे सृजनकर्ता हैं और 'स्वयंप्रभु' हैं, अर्थात् उनका कोई स्वामी नहीं है। रुद्रों और साध्यों में उनकी गणना करना यह सिद्ध करता है कि वे हर दैवीय वर्ग के मूल और श्रेष्ठतम अंश हैं।
