ऋक्षाश्च सहगोपुच्छा निकृत्ताननबाहवः ।
नीरुजो निर्व्रणाश्चैव संपन्नबलपौरुषाः ॥६-१२३-१२॥
ṛkṣāśca sahagopucchā nikṛttānanabāhavaḥ |
nīrujo nirvraṇāścaiva saṃpannabalapauruṣāḥ ॥6-123-12॥
Translation
'The bears and Golangulas (cow-tailed monkeys), even those with severed faces and arms, shall be free from pain, free from wounds, and fully endowed with strength and virility.'
हिंदी अनुवाद
रीछ और गोपुच्छ (वानर), जिनके मुख और भुजाएं कट गई थीं, वे भी रोग रहित, घावों से मुक्त तथा बल और पौरुष से संपन्न होकर (उठेंगे)।
English Commentary
Indra reiterates the details of Shri Rama's request, confirming that even severe injuries like severed faces and arms ('nikritta-anana-bahavah') will be healed. He assures Shri Rama that the soldiers will not just be alive, but 'niruja' (healthy) and 'sampanna-bala' (full of strength). This details the extent of the miracle—it is a complete restoration of biological integrity, erasing the physical trauma of the war.

इन्द्र श्री राम की प्रार्थना के हर शब्द को दोहराते हुए उसे स्वीकार करते हैं। वे विशेष रूप से उल्लेख करते हैं कि जिनके अंग (मुख और बाहु) कट गए थे ('निकृत्ताननबाहवः'), वे भी पूरी तरह ठीक हो जाएंगे। यह दिव्य चिकित्सा का वर्णन है। युद्ध की विभीषिका के चिन्ह मिटा दिए जाएंगे। यह भगवान की कृपा की पूर्णता है—जब वे देते हैं, तो आधा-अधूरा नहीं, बल्कि पूर्ण रूप से देते हैं।
